OneMore – End User License Agreement

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

OneMore — Imaginary Component

Last updated: April 13, 2025

PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT” OR “EULA”) CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR PLAYING ONEMORE. BY INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE GAME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE GAME.

1. Parties

This Agreement is between you (“User” or “you”) and Imaginary Component (“Developer,” “we,” or “us”), the developer and publisher of OneMore (the “Game”). The Game is distributed through the Epic Games Store. Your use of the Epic Games Store platform is also subject to Epic Games’ own terms of service, which are separate from this Agreement.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Game or its content.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Game, including all software, art, audio, text, user interfaces, and other content, is and remains the exclusive property of Imaginary Component and its licensors. This Agreement grants you no ownership rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. “OneMore” and “Imaginary Component” are trademarks of the Developer.

4. Online and Multiplayer Services

OneMore is a multiplayer game that requires an internet connection and an active Epic Games account to play. By using the online features, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Developer may modify, suspend, or discontinue online services at any time, with or without notice.
  • Online functionality depends on third-party infrastructure including Epic Online Services (EOS). Service interruptions outside the Developer’s control do not constitute a breach of this Agreement.
  • You are responsible for your own internet connection and any associated costs.
  • The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or latency-free online play.

5. AI-Generated Content

OneMore uses artificial intelligence systems to generate in-game content, including word prompts, game text, and other gameplay elements (collectively, “AI Content”). You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI Content is generated dynamically and may vary between sessions. The Developer does not pre-screen all AI-generated outputs.
  • AI Content may occasionally be unexpected, nonsensical, or inconsistent. This is an inherent characteristic of generative AI systems.
  • You will not attempt to manipulate or abuse the AI systems to generate offensive, harmful, or prohibited content.
  • AI Content generated during gameplay does not constitute the Developer’s endorsement of any viewpoint, claim, or statement.
  • The Developer reserves the right to modify, filter, or disable AI systems at any time.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Cheat, hack, or use unauthorized third-party software to modify game behavior or gain an unfair advantage.
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other players.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game or its components.
  • Exploit bugs or glitches knowingly without reporting them to the Developer.
  • Circumvent any security, authentication, or access control mechanisms in the Game.
  • Use the Game for any commercial purpose without the Developer’s prior written consent.

7. Account and Termination

Access to online features requires an Epic Games account. The Developer may suspend or terminate your access to the Game if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must uninstall the Game and cease all use. The Developer is not obligated to provide refunds upon termination for cause. Sections 3, 8, 9, 10, and 11 of this Agreement survive termination.

8. User Data and Privacy

The Developer collects limited technical and gameplay data necessary to operate the online services, including session data, game statistics, and error reports. This data is processed in accordance with the Developer’s Privacy Policy, available at privacy policy. Using the Game, you consent to this data processing. The Developer does not sell personal data to third parties.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, EVEN IF THE DEVELOPER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT PERMIT THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, THE DEVELOPER’S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with ICC Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations.

12. Updates and Modifications

The Developer may update the Game and this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Game after an updated Agreement is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The Developer will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes through in-game notices or the Game’s official channels.

13. Third-Party Services

The Game integrates third-party services including Epic Online Services (EOS) and the OpenAI API. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms:

The Developer is not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer with respect to the Game and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
